We get it. You're planning for a lovely Valentine's Day and you're wondering how you're going to get that Valentine's Day dessert in and still stay within your BITES. Well, luckily, you don't have to think about that anymore, because we've created a whole Valentine's Day meal plan for you!

The plan below is based on a 23 BITES day for Better Balance trackers. You may use more or less BITES per day, so please feel free to adjust it in a way that works best for your BITES allowances! BREAKFAST

LUNCH

Another set-it-and-forget-it meal! Cook it the day before and have even more time to enjoy with your loved ones on Valentine's Day.

DINNER

DESSERT
