We made it, friends!!

It's been six whole weeks since we started this fun little challenge! If you're confused, I (Coach Lisa), proposed a simple six week week challenge for all of us to try and conquer before the holidays really set in! If you're new, we would LOVE for you to join us! Start here, at week one then work yourself to weeks two, three, four, and five (all linked).

For those of you who have followed from the beginning- how are you?? Have you seen any new habits emerge? Or maybe a different mindset? I'd love to know!

Starting next week, we're going to be sharing LOTS of recipe related content. Whether you're getting out and getting together with family, or you're opting to stay home- we will have the recipes for you! So definitely come on back to the Healthi Blog!!

However, I think the best way to enter a time like the holidays is to have a solid foundation for HOW to eat, therefore you don't have to worry as much about WHAT you eat. Although of course we should be mindful of both. Therefore, this week's challenge is (drumroll please)...

WEEK 6 CHALLENGE: Leave 2 bites of every meal on your plate for a week.

Many of us were raised in a "clean your plate" culture... You did not leave the table without an empty plate, you don't waste food and we see this habit being passed down generationally even if that means eating part the point of being full. It can be a very unhealthy mental and physical habit. So this week's challenge is a bit of a double edged sword. This 6th and final challenge could be the most difficult yet.

Let's take this week to really embrace a new discipline. I know this is landing at a funny time, because if you did the math, this means that you'll have to leave two bites at your Thanksgiving feast!! I'll just say this, you don't have to be perfect. But think about the mental power you would possess if you could actually leave two bites of stuffing or pie on your plate!!
