Because it's the weekend, and Spring has officiallysprung,we thought it would be fun to share a few cocktail recipes. Of course alcohol is notorious for many things, one thing being its high caloric make-up. With this in mind, we thought it might be helpful to share some tips for keeping the BITE value or calorie count as low as possible, when indulging in a boozy treat.
It goes without saying, that cocktails are not for everyone. Nor should they be. If you are trying your best to keep your caloric intake as low as possible, alcohol will not be your ally here.
